Fantastic staff, particularly Ridwan and all the rest of the team. In a great location near Paskal 23 shopping centre, it provided easy access to many shops and other areas around the hotel. Grab and Gojek access downstairs too. Decent 3 star rooms, with an unheated pool on site. I was able to hire a driver for the day from the hotel to visit various sites (thank you Ridwan, you were a very safe driver). Warm friendly service. Breakfast on-site good too.

Room, bedding, towels are quite clean. Hotel is connected to a shopping mall in the middle of the city. Fast internet connection. Spacious room. Paskal food market and other good cafes are within walking distance. Free and safe parking. Staffs are very helpful.

Good hotel, was close to the station, food market and shopping area. Room was clean and tidy, facilitations (pool, reception, laundry) were good. It exceeded our expectations by a small bit. Would we book here again? Yes.
